Passed away peacefully after a short illness on April 1, 2010.
Sadly missed by Wife Monica, Daughter Pauline, Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
Service will be held at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel, on Monday, April 19, at 2.10pm.
