Passed away on March 23, 2010, aged 43 years.

Will be greatly missed.

Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, April 8, at St. John's Church, Tipton at 1.45pm, followed by Interment at Dudley Cemetery.

Afterwards atThe Ex Servicemen's Club, Hall Street, Dudley.

We often feel sad and lonely and think everything goes wrong, we seem to hear you whisper 'cheer up andcarry on', each time we see your photo you seem to smile and say, 'don't cry, I'm on sleeping, we'll meet again someday'.
