Passed away suddenly on March 24, will be sadly missed by Wife Karen, Sons and all Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at West Bromwich Crematorium, on April 1, at 4.30pm.
Family flowers only.

So sorry to hear of tom's death. My thoughts are with Karen and the boys on this very sad day. Have got some good memories of happy times gone.Thinking of you Anne x
