Howard's Family wish to express their sincere thanks to Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the many cards and letters of sympathy, love and support received at this sad time. For the attendance at the Funeral Service and for the donations which will be divided between Newport District Nurses and the Renal Ward, 23N Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

Special thanks to Dr N J Tindall and all at Wellington Road Surgery, Doctors and Staff at Ward 23N for their care and kindness, also The Princess Royal and the Royal Shrewsbury Renal Units, the Reverend Leonie Wheeler and Organist Richard, also Brian Jeavons for the most dignified Service, Margaret and Amanda of Newport District Funeral Services for all their help and kindness.
