Passed away peacefully at home on February 11, 2010, with his Family by his side, aged 68 years.

Much loved Husband of Pauline, Father to Mark and Simon, Stepfather to Sam, Father-in-law toLouise and the best Grandad in the world to Luke, Ciara, Alisha, Alfie and Gypsy.

Funeral Service to take place at St Mary's Church, Kingswinford on Tuesday, February 23 at 12 noon, followed by Burial in the Churchyard.

A splash of colour to be worn at Jack's request.

Family flowers only, donations if desired for Macmillan Cancer Support. Collection envelopes will be available at The Kingfisher on the day.

Everyone welcome afterwards to a Celebration of Jack's life at The Kingfisher, Kingswinford.
