Passed away on February 4, 2010, aged 67 years.
Funeral Service 1.45pm, on Wednesday, February 17, at Cole Street Methodist Church, Netherton, followed by Committal at Rowley Regis Crematorium.
No flowers by request please but donations if desired accepted for Mary Stevens Hospice and Action Heart.
Also John's wishes were no ties to be worn.
