Passed away peacefully at Sandwell Hospital, on January 28, 2010, aged 57 years.
Funeral Service to be held on Friday, February 12, 2010, at West Bromwich Crematorium, West Bromwich, at 12.30pm, returning afterwards to Tipton Sports Academy, Gospel Oak, Tipton.
Family flowers only, donations to the Families requested Charities.
