Passed away peacefully on January 24, 2010.
Funeral Service to be held at St Nicholas' Church, Codsall on Monday, February 8, 2010 at 2.30pm, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.

Sadly passed away peacefully at home, we lost our Dad that we all loved. No words can describe how we feel, our memories a gift to remain with us forever.
