Passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, January 14, 2010 aged 64 years following a long illness.
Sadly missed by Wife Eileen, all Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Wednesday, January 27, at 2.10pm.
