Funeral Service at St. Anne's Church, Chasetown, at 10.45am on January 28, followed by Cremation at Newton Road Crematorium, West Bromwich at 12.00 noon and afterwards at Hammerwich W.I. Hall, 95 Burntwood Road, Hammerwich, WS7 0JL.
