Passed away peacefully at Walsall Manor Hospital, January 8, 2010, aged 82 years.
Funeral Service at Streetly Crematorium on January 26, at 11.30am.
No flowers by request, donations if desired for Parkinson's Disease Society c/o Ian Hazel Funeral Directors, 23 Anchor Road, Aldridge.
Re-united with Mom.
Rest in peace.
Love you always, Daughter Jane, Son Anthony and Families.
