Passed away, at the Manor Hospital, on January 17, 2014, aged 86 years.
Hazel will be sadly missed by Daughter Julie, Son-in-law Guy, Granddaughters Nicola and Clare, Great-Granddaughter Ruby.
The Funeral Service will take placeon Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel at 10.45am.
Family flowers only please.
