Of Chalcott Drive, Hednesford, sadly passed away at Stafford Hospital on November 17, 2013, aged 78 years.
Beloved Father to Helen, Richard and David and loving Brother to Roy and Carol.
The Funeral Service will take place onThursday, November 28, 2013, at Stafford Crematorium at 11.30am.
