We watched you getting weaker as the hours went slowly by, it broke our hearts to lose you and we could not help but cry, we sat beside your bedside not knowing what to do, we held your hand and kissed your face and gently spoke to you.

You slowly slipped away from us but did not go alone, as part of us went with you on your final journey home.

We will love and miss you forever.
