Sadly passed away at Russells Hall Hospital on September 4, 2013, aged 80 years.

John will be dearly missed by his Wife Sylvia, David and Margaret and Family and Friends.

Funeral Service is to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium, on Tuesday, September 17, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only.
