Sadly passed away at home on Friday, June 28, 2013, aged 78 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at St Martin's Church, Sutton Road, Walsall, on Monday, July 8, at 2.30pm, followed by Committal at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel.
