Passed away on April 18, aged 47 years.
The Funeral Service will be on Thursday May 2, 2013, at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, at 3.15pm.
He will be sadly missed by Sister Lisa, Brothers Michael, Martin, Matthew, Mel, Billy, Francis and Family and Friends. X X X
