Funeral Service to be held at Streetly Crematorium, on February 22, 2013, at 11.30am.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Critical Care Unit, Stafford, c/o Halliwells, in Great Wyrley, 01922 419090.
Will be sadly missed by his loving Family.
