Passed away on January 31, aged 77 years.
The Funeral Service will take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium Chapel, on Wednesday, February 20 at 1.30pm, followed by Burial. Everyone is welcome at Gornal Football Club.
Family flowers only.
We will love and miss you always Mom. Forever in our hearts, until we meet again.
