Passed away peacefully on January 21, 2013, aged 71 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at 11.30am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired accepted for St Giles' Hospice for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.

God saw you getting tired when a cure was not to be, He closed His arms around you and whispered come to Me.

In tears we saw you sinking, we watched you fade away, our hearts were almost broken you fought so hard to stay but when we saw you sleeping peacefully free from pain we could not wish you back to suffer once again.
