Passed peacefully away in Mary Stevens Hospice, on Monday, January 21, 2013, aged 64 years.

Much loved and sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at St. Peter's Church, Kinver, on Tuesday, February 5, 2013,at 12 noon, followed by Interment at Comber Ridge Cemetery, 12.45pm.

Family flowers only by request.
