Passed away suddenly at home, on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, aged 63.

He will be truly missed every day and forever in the hearts and memories of Son James and Amy, Granddaughter Keira-Mai, Sister Maureen andTerry, Julie, Kevin, Rachel, Kevin and Children and also his many Friends.

Funeral Service is to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Thursday, January 31, at 11am.

Afterwards at The Albion Inn, Wall Heath.

Family flowers only, although donations are welcome for The British Heart Foundation c/o Farmer & Son Funeral Directors (01384 273135).
