PHIPPS Freda, nee Hirons.
Sadly passed away on January 5, 2013, aged 88 years.
Funeral Service will be held on January 25, at Oldbury Parish Church, at 10.30am, followed by Burial at Oldbury Cemetery.
All are welcome.
