Died on Monday, January 7, 2013, aged 60 years.

Loved and remembered always.

Trevor will be received into Holy Trinity Church, Farrington Road, Ettingshall Park on Thursday, January 24, at 4.30pm. A Requiem Mass to be held on Friday, January 25 at 3pm.

Family flowers only.
