Passed away on December 9, 2012, aged 74 years.
The Funeral Service to be held at All Saints Church, on Friday, January 4, 2013, at 1pm, followed by Interment in Heath Lane Cemetery at 2.30pm.
Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
