Passed away peacefully at home, on Tuesday, December 18, 2012.

The Funeral Service will take place at Stafford Crematorium, on Thursday, January 3, 2013, at 2.30pm.

Donations welcome, these will be forwarded to St Giles Hospice, cheques should be made payable to the chosen charity.
