Passed away peacefully at home after a short illness, on Thursday, December 13, 2012, aged 76 years.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, onFriday, December 28, 2012, at 11am, followed by Committal.

Family flowers only please but if desired donations to be divided between Cancer Research UK and Midlands Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
