Sadly passed away in St Giles Hospice, Walsall on Thursday, December 6, 2012, aged 70 years.

The Funeral Service and Committal will take place on Friday, January 4, at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel, at 1.30pm. By request Familyflowers only but donations if desired to The Macmillan Nurses.
