Passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital on November 30, 2012, aged 69 years.

A beloved Husband, Father, Father-in-law and Grandfather.

No words can express our sadness and loss.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, December 17, at 1pm, followed by Committal.
