Passed away on November 30, 2012, at Russells Hall Hospital, aged 70 years.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by Wife Janet, Family, Friends and Business Associates.

TheFuneral Service will take place on Monday, December 17, 2012, at 11am, at The Parish Church of St Mary, Old Swinford, followed by a Private Cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted for essential hospital equipment to treat cancer, (cheques made payable to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity).
