Passed away on December 3, 2012 in Sandwell Hospital, aged 77 years.

Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Sandwell Valley Crematorium on Monday, December 17, at 12.15pm.

Flowers accepted or donations if desired forParkinsons UK, for which purpose there will be a collection box available at the Crematorium.

Everyone welcome afterwards at The Queens Head, Brunswick Park Road, Wednesbury.
