Passed away after a brave fight on November 26, 2012, aged 23 years.

Lucy will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, December 14, 2012, at St James' Church, Norton Canes at 10.30am, followed by Interment at St James' Churchyard.

All Friends are most welcome.

Family flowers only please.
