Jacqueline Ann Died suddenly in hospital at Telford on June 18, 2020. Aged 74 years.

Beloved Wife of Ian, Mother to Andrew, David and Stephen. Mother-in-law to Zara, Amanda and Karen and Nanny to her adored Grandchildren Daniel, Charlie, Leah, Matthew, Jack and George.

A private Funeral Service is to be held at Telford Crematorium due to the current circumstances. Donations if desired can be sent to Evans & Tranter Funeral Directors and will be divided between St. Peter's Church, Edgmond and Hope House Hospice.
