SMITH Mavis Gwendoline

Passed peacefully away in Russells Hall Hospital on Saturday, November 23, 2019, aged 83 years.

Reunited with her beloved Husband Donald and Son Karl.

Much loved and sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Thursday, December 12 at 11.40am.

Family flowers only by request. Donations in memory of Mavis are being gratefully accepted for the Georgina Unit at Russells Hall Hospital.
