Passed away peacefully at Arboretum Nursing Home, on November 10, 2012, aged 72 years.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by Son Matthew, Daughter Jayne, In-laws, Grandchildren, Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place onNovember 23, 11.15am, St. John's Methodist Church, Bloxwich, followed by Cremation at Streetly Crematorium.
