Beloved Husband of Lynne, dear Father of Sara, Chris and Ben, Son of Gladys and the late Bill.

Passed peacefully away on, November 10, 2012, aged 55 years, after a short illness.

He will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held on, Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, at 10.45am.
