Passed away peacefully at Mary Stevens Hospice, on November 7, 2012, aged 75 years.
Dearly loved and sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service will take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Monday, November 19, at 2.50pm.
