Funeral Service to take place on Friday, June 28, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel 13.30pm.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation.
Much loved and always missed by Wife Patricia, Children, Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
