(Dave) Sadly passed away on February 11, 2019, aged 73 years.
Mr Connolly will be received into St Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Willenhall on Thursday, April 4, at 4.30pm.
A Requiem Mass will take place on Friday, April 5 at 10am, followed by Interment in Willenhall Lawn Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Great Ormond Street Hospital or Survivors UK.
