(Bert) Passed peacefully away on Sunday, March 3, 2019, aged 45 years.

Sadly missed by Dad Andrew, Mom Karen, Sister Carla, Niece Mia.

Funeral Service at St John's Church, Dudley Wood, on Thursday, March 21, at 1pm, followed by Interment at Gornal Wood Cemetery, 2.30pm.
