(Sam) Of Gnosall. Passed away suddenly on January 13, 2019 aged 20 years.

Much loved Son, Brother and Grandson, who will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

A Service of Celebration will be held at St. Lawrence Church, Gnosall, on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired for AFC Gnosall.

At the Families request dress as if you were going on a night out with Sam.
