Patricia Passed away suddenly at New Cross Hospital on November 24, 2018, aged 70 years.
Funeral Service will be held at St Cuthbert's Church, Donnington, on Wednesday, December 18, at 12.15pm, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.
Family flowers only by request Donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation.
