Passed away on October 15, 2012, aged 63 years.
He will be sadly missed by Wife Pat and Family.
Funeral Service will take place on Friday, October 26, 2012, at Wyre Forest Crematorium, at 12 noon.
No flowers please but donations if desired can be made to Kemp Hospice or Wyre Forest Community Unit.
