(Chubby) Passed away at the Family home in Quarry Bank on June 14, 2018, aged 45.

Much loved Son of David and Sandra, Brother to Paul.

The Funeral Service will be held at Powke Lane Crematorium, Rowley Regis on Monday, July 30, at 11.30am.

All Friends welcome.

Family flowers only. Donations will be accepted in memory of Richard and presented to Dudley Mind.
