Will be greatly missed by Family, Friends and Workmates at The Manor Hospital, Walsall.
Funeral Service to be held at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, on Thursday, October 11, at 3.15pm and afterwards at Royal Exchange Stafford Road, Bloxwich, Friends welcome.
