Passed away suddenly in Sandwell Hospital, on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, aged 84 years.

A loving Father, Grandad, Great-Grandad and Brother, who will be missed dearly by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral to take place at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, on Tuesday, January 23, at 12.15pm.

Donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation for which purpose a donation box will be provided.
