Sadly passed away at Russells Hall Hospital on Friday, September 15, 2017, aged 56 years.

Greatly loved.

She will be fondly remembered by Sister Lindsey and Brother-in-law David, Nephews Mark and Neil and his WifeLucy, Grandchildren Natalie, Leah, Evie and Connie.

Reunited with Mom and Dad.

The Funeral Service is to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium, on Monday, October 2, 2017 at 3.30pm.
