Sadly passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017, aged 62 years.
Beloved Wife of Chris and beautiful Mum to Elizabeth, Lorraine and Katheryn.
The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, June 16 at 2.30pm at Lichfield and District Crematorium, Fradley Lane, Lichfield.
Family flowers only.
