Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 12, 2017, aged 48 years.
Mandy was much loved and will be missed dearly by all of her Family and Friends.
Her Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Lichfield Crematorium at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please.
