Passed away on March 20, 2017 aged 72 years.
Funeral to be held at Sandwell Valley Crematorium. on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at 1pm.
No flowers please by request of the Family, however donations in memory of Colin made payableto SWBH NHS Trust Charity to benefit the Palliative Care Hub can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral or given to the Family.
